OCTavern Festival - 2022 Food & Artisan Vendor Application
OCTavern Festival is a celebration of all things autumnal - beer, cider, food, music, and crafts!

The second annual OCTavern Festival will take place at the Stone-Tolan Historic Site in Brighton, New York on Saturday, October 15 from 11am to 5pm.

The focus of OCTavern Festival is on regional agriculture and locally-made products. We plan to host a curated selection of food producers, makers, artisans, and craftspeople working primarily in traditional techniques and natural materials (paper, wood, clay, floral, fiber, skincare, etc). Special consideration will be given to independently-owned businesses, BIPOC or LGBTQ+ vendors, and/or those who are able to demonstrate their techniques or provide educational information to festival attendees.

Applications are due by Thursday, June 30th at 11:59pm. Vendors will be notified by July 14th if they have been selected to participate.  Applications submitted after June 30th will be reviewed and accepted only if space allows.

A signed vendor agreement and non-refundable vendor fee of $125 will be due within ten (10) business days of notification of selection in order to hold your space at the Festival. Returning vendors (those that participated in the 2021 festival) are eligible for a discounted fee of $100.
