I agree with SPARC's Emergency Policy:

My child has permission to participate in the activities of the Some Have Greatness Theater Program. I understand that I will be responsible for the cost of any emergency medical care that may be necessary for my child while at class, and hereby consent to such emergency medical care. I understand that staff members will undertake to contact one of us or the designated emergency contact as soon as possible in case of any medical emergency.

I am aware of SPARC's Behavior Policy: 

Students participating in the Some Have Greatness Theater Camps are expected to meet the same standards of behavior as are required in their regular home/school setting. Major infractions, such as bullying (online or in person), display of offensive imagery, or any behavior that makes the learning environment unsafe for others will result in immediate dismissal from camp without a refund.

By agreeing to these terms, you give permission to have photographs and/or video of your child taken during camp, and to use such photos/video for promotional purposes.

There is a $50 fee for cancellation up to the first class session. There will be no refunds issued after the first day of class.
