Please note you do not need to request transcripts to accompany your college applications unless the university requires that you self-submit courses and grades, that they be sent via regular mail or you need them for any other reason.
Seniors: The College Counseling Office will automatically submit to the schools on your active SCOIR list. Please submit transcripts request for college applications through the SCOIR portal.
Alumni/ae:
Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone or in person. Transcripts can only be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to third parties, such as a college/university, a scholarship organization or an employer. Standardized test scores are not reported on the transcript; rather, scores should be sent by the student via College Board, ACT or the testing agency that administered the exam. Standardized Test Scores are not valid after 5 years.
Current Students & Parents
Transcripts including current academic year first semester grades will become available at the end of January and final transcripts will be made available in Mid-June.
