 As a mentor, you are asked to actively participate in the mentoring process by:
1.  Reaching out to your mentor to introduce yourself after matching
2. Act with professionalism at all times. 
2. Commit to 6-8 contacts, including a minimum of one in-person meeting, with their mentor during the program year.  

This partnership is meant to help students strategically work through setting goals, discussing situations that may be encountered in classes or personal life and help provide professional networking opportunities .
