Thank you so much for considering mentoring another Washington, DC-area theatre practitioner. Because of the program's very specific match-making process, it may be that not all mentors will be matched with mentees.

This round of mentoring will begin April 4, 2022 and end July 25, 2022.

Mentees and mentors are very specifically matched based on the current needs of the mentee. Mentees will be responsible for reaching out and setting up meetings, with Tristan checking in occasionally to ensure progression.

Mentoring will involve at least 4 one-to-one meetings with your mentee (approximately one per month) and may include discussions about your experience and Washington, DC-area theatres, giving advice, seeing/discussing a production or reading, etc - completely dependent on you and your mentee's preferences and ability.
