SALGA invites women in the local government sector to participate in the Local Government Women’s Leadership Development Programme geared at empowering and equipping women with the requisite leadership skills and competencies to become effective leaders in their respective roles and in society.

Applications for Local Government Women's Leadership Development programme close on Friday, 7th February 2020.  All applications must be accompanied by your CV, as well as certified copies of your qualifications.

The programme fees will be covered by SALGA. However, travel and accommodation requirements for successful candidates will be covered by their respective municipalities.  

Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered. All information submitted will be treated as confidential and only shared with the selection committee. All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their applications after the selection committee has met.
