This Application is for Pet Homes (limited registration with spay and neuter contracts)Please fill out the following application to be added to our waitlist. Once we receive your application, you will be notified via email that we have received it. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to be added to our wait list (this will be taken off the final price of the puppy). 

You are not officially added to our waitlist until we have approved your application and your deposit has been placed.

Are you willing to wait for the right puppy to come available for you and your family? Our puppies are in high demand and this process can sometimes take anywhere from 6 months - 1.5 years or longer depending on current waitlist sizes

12. Corgis have an average lifespan of 12-15 years. Are you willing to commit to 12+ years of veterinary care, such as yearly vaccinations or surprise bills? *
Do you have any specific questions or comments ? We will call you to visit on the telephone after receipt of this application. Please be patient, a new litter of puppies absolutely consumes our time for the first few weeks and time for telephoning is scarce. But we will get to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your inquiry and for your patience. *
If approved, you will be sent a puppy contract. You must agree to all terms of the contract to receive a puppy. Do you understand? *
Please give us an idea of your budget for a puppy. Our prices range from $1800 to $3000. *
How did you hear about us? *
What is your Instagram or Facebook name.  We love to see where are puppies are headed. *
The price will reflect registration type/Genetics. $1,250 is the starting price and can go up to $3,500 with full rights. If you are placed on the waitlist and receive a call after puppies are born a deposit of $400 (nonrefundable, but transferable to another litter) and signed puppy contract is required to hold the puppy for you, otherwise the next person in line will have a chance. Do you understand? *
