“The Barn at Creekside” and Field Reservation Application 
Need a large area to host a party, wedding, reunion, or other outdoor event? Are you a photographer in need of an area for photography sessions? We have various spots on our 5 acre property for you! Rental is not available on days when events are hosted at the farm (ex. Farm Fest, Pumpkin Patch).  

Half Day Rental is 1-4 hours. Full Day is 4-8 hours. 

A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation.  Invoices and receipts will be sent by email.

Renter agrees to sign a waiver releasing responsibility of Creekside Farm Aquaponics and Nursery LLC before the date of the event on behalf of event attendees.  *

Additional Information 
Cancellations due to weather or emergency- kindly provide at least 24 hours notice. Rental fees paid are transferable to another date. Cancellations without notice are nonrefundable. Text 256-239-7460 for written notice

Please be accurate when listing the areas you wish to use for planning and maintenance purposes. 

Customers must provide their own extension cords, garden hose, tables, or any other materials deemed necessary. A $10 additional fee will apply for a full day use of utilities. 

Notification will be made if the requested date is unavailable. If you receive an invoice and receipt, your reservation is confirmed. 

You will receive a call one week prior to your reservation to confirm that all information is accurate and to get a “head count”. 

Submitted forms are deemed a signed contract of reservation from the recipient.
