Missing classes: If your child misses a class because of covid-19 symptoms or if lockdown happens, your payment will transfer to the next month/next session. Other cases: payments are not refundable. *

Covid-19 restrictions: 44 Gaukel’s front doors remain locked to the public at all times. Parents are not allowed to come in the building. Art instructor Yulia Balobanova will meet all students at the entrance and come in to the art room together. After finishing the art class, parents must meet their kids at the entrance. Don't be late please and come 5 minutes earlier! *

Everyone in the building must wear a face-covering in common spaces including hallways and bathrooms. In the art room there is 2 m distance between desks, students may have a break from masks during the class. If students can not keep 2 m distance they must wear masks. Cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be in place for all spaces on the building. *

Address - 44 Gaukel street, Kitchener. Entrance to the parking lot from Joseph street only. Joseph street is one way now. So you should drive along the red arrow, see the map below. The parking lot is free after 5 pm and on Sundays. Then you walk along Gaukel street (it's closed for traffic) to the main entrance ( the second porch from the parking lot).
