If you're not sure whether the product you're purchasing is medical products or not, please check with our staff.
With the coupon, the total purchase for the same product is up to 5 per day per customer from all branches.
We hope a lot of customers use our products, so please do not buy up the same products.

สินค้าทุกชนิด เช่นอาหารเสริมและเครื่องสำอาง ยกเว้นสินค้าประเภทยา สามารถใช้คูปองซื้อสินค้าสมุนไพรที่ร้านยาเบลซ แผนโบราณ (ซอย 33/1) และซื้อพอยท์ (แต้มสะสม) สำหรับเลเซอร์กำจัดขนผู้ชายที่เบลซคลินิกได้

How to Use Coupon:
1. Please bring your purchasing product with the coupon to our cashier.
2. Our staff will check if it's a purchasable product or not. If a medical product is included in your purchasing products with the coupon, please pay the medical products by cash or credit card.
3. It will take a moment to check the validity of your coupon with serial number.
4. No change required, If you purchase our products more than the coupon's value, please pay the rest with cash.

1. กรุณานำสินค้าพร้อมคูปองมาชำระเงิน
2. พนักงานจะตรวจสอบว่าเป็นสินค้าที่ร่วมรายการหรือไม่ ถ้าหากมีสินค้าประเภทยา กรุณาแยกจ่ายเป็นเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิต
3. ขออนุญาตตรวจสอบคูปองกับหมายเลขคูปอง
4. ไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้ หากสินค้าราคาเกินมูลค่าคูปอง สามารถชำระยอดส่วนเกินเป็นเงินสดได้

Photocopied, damaged or defaced coupons will not be accepted.
Only the 'PURCHASER' or their family members are allowed to use coupon.No Change Required, Resale is prohibited.
Each coupon has a serial number to prevent counterfeit, Whenever we find anything illegal, we'll report it to the police immediately.
If we find out that you purchase over our limited amount, we will refund the over-limit money & the issued coupon will be invalid.
We have all serial number information, so we can always check the coupon with an invalid serial number.
ข้อควรระวังในการใช้คูปอง
คูปองนี้มีมูลค่าเท่ากับเงินสด แนะนำเก็บรักษาไม่ให้คูปองชำรุด, ลบเลือน, ฉีกขาด
คูปองที่ชำรุด, ลบเลือน, ฉีกขาด หรือทำสำเนา ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ได้
ผู้ใช้คูปองต้องเป็นคนที่ซื้อหรือคนในครอบครัวของคนที่ซื้อเท่านั้น
คูปองทุกใบมีหมายเลขประจำคูปองเพื่อป้องกันการผลิตคูปองปลอม หากตรวจสอบพบ จะดำเนินการแจ้งตำรวจทันที
หลังจากซื้อคูปองไปแล้ว หากบริษัทพบว่าลูกค้าซื้อเกินมูลค่าที่กำหนด บริษัทจะคืนเงินส่วนที่เกินให้ลูกค้า และยกเลิกคูปองนั้นทันที
ทางบริษัทมีข้อมูลหมายเลขประจำคูปอง จึงสามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าคูปองหมายเลขนั้น ๆ ใช้ได้หรือไม่
