2022 Blues & Foods Market Application

Thank you for your interest in working with the Piedmont Blues Preservation Society (PBPS) to make a great impact on our community!
 
From August through October, we will be holding our Blues & Foods Market at the Renaissance Shops at 2521 Phillips Ave, Greensboro, NC 27405, one Sunday a month, from 1:00pm-5:00pm. This a free community event with a Vendor Market, Food Vendors, Community Resources and Live Music.

BLUES & FOODS MARKET DATES:

SUNDAY, AUGUST 21, 2022 - 1-5PM - RAINED OUT
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2022 - 1-5PM - WE HAD A BLAST!
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2022 - 1-5PM

Vendor Fees per Event:

10'w x 10'd - $25 for Crafters, Makers and Artists (REDUCED FROM $50 FOR OCT)
20'w x 10'd - $40 for Crafters, Makers and Artists (Not to be used as shared space. 1 vendor/space unless authorized by Vendor Coordinator.) (REDUCED FROM $80 FOR OCT)

10'w x 10'd - $35 for Non-Profit Vendors (proof of non-profit status required)

10'w x 10'd - $100 for Marketing Tables (no sales, only advertising commercial business)
20'w x 10'd - $160 for Marketing Tables (no sales, only advertising commercial business)

We are not accepting Multi-Level Marketing/Direct Sales vendors (NO Paparazzi, Herbalife, dōTERRA, etc.). Items must be handcrafted, handmade items, original art. Commercial businesses wishing to advertise their businesses may do so with a Marketing Space. The PBPS reserves the right to reject any vendor for any reason.

Application does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are limited and applications are juried. You will be contacted within 1 week of application submission with your acceptance or rejection status. Payment is not required until Vendor has been accepted. Upon acceptance, vendor payment is expected within 3 days. Spaces are not reserved without full payment of vendor fee.
