After you fill out this custom order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. 

Important Notes About Custom Features:
  • Customized products are more costly than standard products, even when they are smaller because of engineering time, additional tooling set-up, etc. 
  • Cost will increase the more non-standard dimensions are used.  Changing one or two dimensions is much more simple to produce.
  • Production/Lead times vary depending on the type custom water feature. Lead times will be reflected on your invoice.

General Overview of Our Custom Order Process 

To ensure transparency and clarity regarding what to expect after you receive your invoice, we have outlined the details below:

  • Confirmation email is sent confirming your custom order with Majestic
  • Engineers draft a drawing of your custom Project (approx. 5 business days)
    • Please note our engineers will send all drafts via DocuSign.
  • Drawings must be signed for in order for your project to move into production
    • Any changes to drawings afterward may incur additional charges
