Hello and thank you for participating in my Bio Internal! Below, I will lay out everything you need to know, and the instructions to follow. Please try to complete this by 10/23!

Overview:
You will be playing Valorant and taking a reaction speed test at timed intervals. Please begin this when you have at least 1 free hour, as you should be playing for that amount of time uninterrupted. Please read and make sure you understand the instructions below. Additionally, please don’t begin this experiment until at least an hour has passed since you’ve played video games.

Instructions:
1. Start by filling out the first page of this google form before anything else.
2. Take the reaction speed test at this https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime link.
3. Get into a Valorant match on your computer. Set a stopwatch on another device that you can watch while playing. Begin this timer as soon as you begin playing.
4. After every 10 minutes on the stopwatch, immediately switch back to the reaction test and take it once. Do not repeat it more than once after each interval. Then, please fill in your result to this form. There are spots for you to enter your result after each interval.
5. Repeat this 10 minute process (playing 10 min then taking and recording your test result) for 1 hour, so until 60 minutes.
6. After your last 10 minute interval, at the end of the hour, please fill in the questions at the final page of this form.
7. Remember: you have to switch to the test after 10 minutes each time, no matter what is happening to you in game. I do not recommend playing ranked because you do have to switch tabs. Additionally, please try to play uninterrupted for an hour, and do not get distracted or switch to doing other things. Please do your best to stay focused on the game.
