ORDER PROCESS
  1. Submit your order via this form
  2. You will receive an invoice with order and payment details (including shipping cost if applicable) via email.
  3. Once you receive the invoice, you must pay within 24 hours to confirm your order.
Note: All orders left unpaid will be cancelled, so please make sure to check your junk mail for an invoice if you don't see one after placing an order.

Orders are picked up from my home in Philadelphia, PA (Point Breeze). The street address will be shared with order payment confirmation. 

DELIVERY
Cookies will arrive by 4/17.  Shipping cost is calculated based on your order size and distance. The exact amount will be included on your invoice, so please review it before submitting payment.

PACKAGING
All cookies are vanilla bean flavored with a soft bite vanilla royal icing and come heat sealed in a clear cellophane bag that will keep them fresh for three weeks on the counter, or frozen for up to three months! 

PAYMENT
Payment is required within 24 hours of invoice being sent, orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while I ship Priority, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.
