Additional Details:
1. As classes operate on volunteer and logistical support, parents must commit to either (a) volunteering a minimum of 4 hours chaperoning classes, hosting casual chess meetups, hosting at tournaments, or providing other agreed-upon services; or (b) supporting the club financially with a minimum additional donation of $200 on top of tuition cost. Failure to satisfy requirements may impact the student's access to class benefits and future enrollment status. A partial tuition reimbursement of up to $100 will be offered to parents who volunteer in-class for more than 6 hours.

2. Classes have limited spots available and will be filled according to the priorities indicated above and then on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 5:05-6:05 p.m. will be offered depending on interest.

3. Students in the 4:00 p.m. (or 5:05 p.m. class, if applicable) may not stay on campus after the school day ends unless they sign up for the after school program. Students must either (a) leave campus at the end of the day and return at their chess time or (b) sign up for the after school program to stay on campus after the school day ends until chess begins. The after school program does offer occasional credits to provide flexibility (please note that the bridge class option is NOT available to Chess Club).

4. As the organization relies upon generous contributions of time and money from parents, all tuition fees and donations are non-refundable.
