１．アカウントやパスワードが間違っている可能性があります。
学生の場合、アカウントは「学生証番号@student.gs.chiba-u.jp」です。
パスワードが間違っている場合は、以下のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。

パスワードを忘れてしまった場合は、下記よりパスワード初期化申請をしてください。

２．2段階認証設定後にスマートフォン等を忘れ、認証コードを入力することができない場合は、下記よりバックアップコード発行申請をしてください。

３．上記１および２に当てはまらない場合は、このフォームの最初のページに戻り「その他」を選択し、問い合わせ内容を記入して、フォームを送信してください。

３．If 1 and 2 above do not apply to your error, return to the first page of this form, select "Others," fill in your inquiry, and submit the form.
