CFP: CSU Digital Repositories 2022 Meeting
The CSU Digital Repository Steering Committee is pleased to open the call for proposals for the 2022 Digital Repositories Annual Meeting. This year’s event will be hosted via Zoom by San Francisco State University on June 1-2, so please save the date!

As in previous years*, the 2022 Annual Meeting will be an opportunity to showcase the great work being done on individual campuses as well as system wide to further various digital repositories, digital archives, digital publishing, and scholarly communication objectives. We take a very broad view of each of these areas and welcome proposals that encompass non-traditional approaches.

Given the potential breadth of topics to be covered as well as the increasingly complex priorities of our 23-campus system, we also encourage presenters to reflect on and articulate how their work aligns with and contributes to the realization of shared values and goals. Consider, for example, highlighting:

-Supporting Student Success: How your work supports student success and educational equity (e.g., by reducing obstacles to thesis and dissertation completion, digitizing primary source materials in support of the curriculum, etc.);

-Challenging Systemic Barriers: How your work challenges systemic barriers to knowledge production and sharing (e.g., by improving access to the work of underrepresented individuals/communities, prioritizing web accessibility standards, implementing inclusive metadata best practices etc.); and/or

-Advancing Sustainable Models: How your work advances more sustainable models, taking local and/or system-wide constraints into account (e.g., by collaborating with other campuses on the creation of shared documentation, identifying campus partners to help distribute workload, etc.).

Proposals from CSU library faculty, staff, and students will be accepted through March 31, 2022.
