Accommodation
Please note that everyone must bring their own sleeping bag (or duvets/sheets), pillow and towels!
(For travellers from abroad, contact us at naf.sommerleir@gmail.com, and we will help you get what you need.)

All payment is done to NAF up front, both training and accommodation. After our treasurer has reviewed your registration, you will receive an e-mail specifying the cost and bank details. For extra meals we use a payment terminal (debit/credit card).

IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available, so your room selection may not be available. Rooms with bathroom will only be given to those who stay for the entire camp. Therefore, we urge everyone who will not participate in the entire camp to order a room without bathroom. Single rooms without a bathroom are only situated in the hallway up the stone stairs (known to be the party hallway), and these rooms have a sink and a mirror. Some of the double rooms across the yard also have a sink and mirror, and it is possible to request one of these in "Additional information". Recently, several rooms with a bathroom now accommodate two, so even though you would like a single room with bathroom, please inform us whom you would like to share a room with, regardless. If we have to give you a different class of room we will inform you, and if you should pay too much up front, the surplus will be refunded to you.

Note: One day of accommodation includes three meals every day: dinner, lodging that night plus breakfast and lunch the day after. Any other meals will have to be paid for separately.
Accommodation choice *
Children between 3 and 12 years old sharing room with parents get a 50% discount on accommodation. Remember to choose the same accommodation type for both you and your child(ren).

Photographing during camp
As the GDPR guidelines (General Data Protection Regulation) have come into effect, we are obliged to inform you of — and ask for your consent to — photograph you during camp.

Instructors and their uke will be photographed, and the photos may be used for promoting (such as seminar posters or to promote the camp on social media) and/or for educational purposes.
Individuals who consent to being photographed might be photographed so that they may receive these photos afterward, for personal use.

NOTE: As per the law, it is not illegal to photograph and publish photos of groups where the individual is not in focus, and it is therefore possible that you may be photographed as a part of the group, or being in the background of someone else's portrait. We do our best to inform you, and urge you to contact us at naf.summercamp@gmail.com (or in person at camp) if you have questions, suggestions, or if something needs rectifying when it comes to photographing at camp.
Do you consent to being photographed at camp? *
Do you consent to your portrait being published to promote the summer camp or Aikido in Norway? *
Publishing photos on your private social media accounts
When it comes to publishing photos on your private social media accounts, you have to follow the laws:
https://www.datatilsynet.no/personvern-pa-ulike-omrader/internett-og-apper/bilder-pa-nett/

Pictures or movies of people
Pictures that show one or more specific people, ie. pictures where the individual persons are the main subject, are also called portrait pictures. If you are going to publish such images online or share them with others (even in closed groups), you must have the consent of the person(s) pictured before the image is published. This applies for the life of the person depicted and 15 years after the expiry of the person's death. This also applies to film/video, and it applies whether you have taken the pictures yourself or just distributed them.

In the case of pictures of children or other persons who cannot give valid consent themselves, the parents must give consent on their behalf.

Consent must be obtained BEFORE sharing the image or movie. Therefore, if you share family photos or party photos of the social circle with others, you must have the consent of everyone who can be identified in the pictures. Of course, this applies regardless of whether the images are published on a website, blog, social media or other websites. This also applies to whether the photos are shared in open or closed groups (such as multi-member Facebook groups), and direct streaming even if nothing is saved. Violation of these rules can be punishable.

We expect you all to be respectful of one another's privacy, and to follow the laws.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
