Work Experience Application Form 2024
Thank you for your interest in work experience at Trinity Theatre.

We are a working theatre and a registered charity in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. We put on a wide range of shows, including drama, dance, comedy, music and cinema, and we have a really exciting youth and community programme.

We are really keen to support and encourage those interested in the arts, and through work experience we hope to give students a real understanding of what working here might be like (hint: most of us don't spend any time on stage), as well as what it means to be part of a team.

Every year, we receive a large number of requests for work experience placements, so we ask everyone who is interested to fill out an application form. Unfortunately, we can't give everyone who applies a space so not all applications will be successful.

The application form has three parts - the first bit focuses on information about you and how we can contact you. The second part asks about details for your school/college. And the third asks questions about what excites you about a work experience placement in the arts and at Trinity Theatre.

It's important to know that we are mostly what is called a "receiving house", so we don't produce a large number of shows ourselves. As a result, the work experience we offer is mostly office-based administrative tasks with not much opportunity for acting, performance or backstage work, though our Creative Engagement department occasionally have workshops that you can help with.

If you have any questions about the work experience placement or this form, please contact Katie, Jason and Rachel via email at education@trinitytheatre.net

Spaces fill up fast - we review applications once a month.
