Job Description: As the Stage Hand, it is your responsibility to assist the Stage Manager to ensure that all artists performing on your stage are on time, perform for their allotted time, and efficiently get bands / DJs on and off the stage for the duration of the festival. You will work closely with Shabang's production partners to ensure for smooth transition of artists and their gear on and off stage.
