Matthew Arnold Multi-Sport Fun Week Registration Form

Our Easter Holiday Camps will run from Tuesday 2nd to Friday 5th April & Monday 8th to Friday 12th April for children in Reception to Year 7 (23/24) *We can no longer take any children in Year 8 or above*

We are based at Matthew Arnold Sports Centre, Kingston Road, Staines, TW18 1PF. The centre is at the back of the school site. Follow the one way system around to the right.

Times and prices remain the same, 9am - 3pm (£20) and 9am - 4pm (£23). If you book a full week, Monday to Friday, we can offer a 10% discount. Siblings also receive a 10% discount.

Your child will need a packed lunch (no nuts) and a refillable water bottle. They can wear sports/comfortable clothing/footwear appropriate for the weather that day (including hats/coats etc), we have both inside and outside facilities available. No metal football studs are allowed on the 3G surfaces.

We prefer payment taken on the day via card or cash, but if you would like to make payment in advance please get in touch with Adam - adam@sportsfocusinschools.co.uk

*If you book in but then your plans change and you won't be using the space, please let us know asap. We are still having some no shows. We really don't want to bring in pre-payments/deposits etc as we pride ourselves on being flexible for parents. We would just ask for the courtesy to be informed so we can change staffing numbers if necessary. Many thanks.*
