Join the Mayville Kick-off Club for a night of trivia and fun! One team per table. Teams of 8 participants (incomplete teams will be paired with other individuals, as needed). Limited tables available - reserve yours today! 

Cost is $200/table. Pay at the door (cash or checks made payable to the Mayville Kick-off Club). To simplify the registration process this year, please have the team captain collect all payments for the table.
