Welcome to Kokorokon's 2022 panel submission form! We are looking for quality fandom based content. Most common sources are: Anime and Manga, movies, Video games, Korean and Japanese culture, Music, Dance, cosplay and photography.

When you submit this form you are agreeing to run this panel at the con should it be accepted. You are responsible for contacting the Event Coordinator via email if your panel was accepted and you can no longer attend/host it. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot run the panel.

We look over panels submitted to ensure a variety of programming and fandoms are represented. Take your time in preparing your submission as we do not operate on a "first submitted, first accepted" principle. In submitting this panel you understand that your panel is not accepted until otherwise stated via email.

Please prepare for your panel however like it was accepted, because there is a good chance it will be. If your panel is not accepted due to scheduling or fulfillment of submissions you will be notified via email.

Standby: There are always more awesome panels than we can accept. However, we may choose to grant a limited number of panels "standby" status as there are always cancellations. To reward you for preparing a panel which may not be used, you will be credited for hours put on standby so long as you have the panel(s) ready to go in case another panelist drops.
