Pinktuition Contributor Acquaintancy 
The purpose of this form is for Pinktuition to get to know its Contributors. The purpose of Section 1 is to gather as much information to build a "contributor bio" for each blog we aim to publish: 

Example of a typical contributor bio - Professional Publishing: 
Deborah McNamara-Lee specialises in the field of Bio-Engineering, she holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town. She currently works as a Consultant for Deloitte UK. She's passionate about eroding the gender data gap for women's research within the pharmaceutical industry. Deborah is also a Mother of 3 and enjoys running marathons. 

Example of a typical contributor bio - Anonymised (alias applied):
Contributor X specialises in the field of Bio-Engineering, and holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town. They currently work for a large Consulting Organisation, and they're passionate about eroding the gender data gap for women's research within the pharmaceutical industry. Contributor X is also a parent of 3 and enjoys running marathons.

Based on the above, please share as much information as you feel comfortable with. Pinktuition advises contributors using aliases upon sharing sensitive or vulnerable stories and experiences, in an effort to be more authentic sans stressing about how your Professional profile could potentially be affected. 

Section 2 will ask some questions around your background, to help build out your Contributor Bio for each respective blog piece you contribute to www.pinktuition.com.
Section 3 will ask about the verticals you'd be most interested in writing content for i.e., sharing your personal stories and experiences with the aim of inspiring, empowering and informing the pinktuition community of women.
