Thank you for your interest in the Unicorn Foster Squad Implementation Bootcamp! This 12-week course will help your organization increase shelter quality of life, decrease length of stay, and get the most at-risk dogs out of the shelter environment before they deteriorate.

While we recommend one individual from each organization to submit an application, we also encourage individuals across the organization to participate in the weekly activities and dialogue once selected. Implementing this type of programming is a shelter-wide initiative. As such, please make sure your organization, including leadership staff and board members, supports your goal of saving the most at-risk large breed dogs before applying.
