MCNA is accepting online registrations for MCNA locations listed below. In order to secure your child(ren)'s admission, please complete the form, sign and submit it electronically. If your MCNA location is not listed below then that location is most likely to be accepting manual applications on the day of admission.  

Please submit one application per child per location. Admission will be granted based on chronological order in which they were received. Please note that submitting the application will not necessarily guarantee your child’s admission to the program. We will review all the applications received and will inform parents accordingly upon examination of the application. Parents whose child(ren) is(were) able to secure admission will be notified by email and will be asked to bring the fees on the first day of school.
