Base Fees & Additional Orders: 
  • All Base Fees include the City's Short-Term Concessionaire Permit Fee ($33/calendar day)
  • All Base Fees include 600 watts of electricity.

Electricity - All food vendors must purchase electricity for their booth/food truck. Please contact Salem Multicultural with any questions. 
If you believe that you will need more electricity please order prior to the start of the festival as it will cost more if purchased on-site.
Non-Food Truck Food Vendor - Must purchase the minimum 2400 watts/20amps. 
Food Truck Vendors - Must purchase the minimum 7200 watts/60amps.

Additional Electricity - 600 watts/5 amps ($65ea) - Please put the amount of additional watts/amps that you require. 
Mandatory $200 Damage Deposit
All food vendors are require to pay a $200 Damage Deposit - This will be added to your final total once your application has been accepted. 
Tables @ $12ea - Not guaranteed without pre-ordering
Chairs @ $3ea - Not guaranteed without pre-ordering
I expect to use my own pre-approved white tent (must apply by March 15th for this discount) *
Taste of the World - Food Vendor Promotion
All Food Vendors are REQUIRED to participate in the Taste of the World Promotion. 

Each Food Vendor is to provide a single cultural food dish for $5 pertaining to the culture your food represents.
