計劃運作模式
- 註冊運動治療師先填妥總會網上表格；
- 總會會根據申請人提供資料個別聯絡申請人；
- 申請人在接受駐場服務前，必需簽署協議及聲明書；
- 於駐場計劃批准後，有關註冊運動治療師便可根據指定時間地點駐場為跑手進行評估；如需診所跟進治療，運動治療師可自行與跑手安排

Registered members who interest in joining the pop-up assessment service for RMAC runners please fill out the form below. Our staff will get back to you ASAP.
How the Project Works
- Registered STs please fill out the online form first;
- STAoHK will contact the applicant according to the information given;
- An agreement and declaration must be signed before accepting offer;
- Registered STs can perform assessments on-site for the runners after the approval of duty. STs can arrange a follow-up clinics with them as needed.
