Hey there! We are excited to announce our next date for the "Love the Maker" Market! Thank you for your interest in applying as a vendor. Please read ALL details below:

DATE: Saturday, December 3, 2022
EVENT: 10:30am to 3:30pm
SET-UP: 9:00am to 10:30am
LOCATION: Vintage Coffee Co
12680 Washington Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90066

LOADING & SET-UP:
- Our Market is hosted in a parking lot. Half of the parking lot (facing Washington Blvd) is used for our Market grounds; the other half of the parking lot, on the other side of the building, may be used for vendor and/or customer parking.
- For the safety of all people on the premises, you MAY NOT -- under any circumstances -- enter into the assigned Market grounds with your vehicle. Thus, if you have large items to unload and set up, please bring the equipment necessary to carry or wheel it in from a short distance.
- When you arrive, you will find parking options either (a) in the unused half of the parking lot, (b) along the residential Wade St, or (c) along W. Washington Blvd.
- Upon entering our Market grounds, you will be provided a designated 10x10 ft space for your booth.
- You are responsible for bringing your own table, chairs, tablecloth, and your products for sale. The event space is mostly in direct sun, so please also bring your own umbrella or canopy-tent (NO larger than 10x10 ft). Your umbrella/canopy can be of any color.

NOTE:
- The site will NOT be providing any electricity, equipment, or furniture.
- The site will have a restroom for vendors' use only (not for customers).

VENDOR TIME & REPRESENTATION:
- You MUST have someone present at your booth 100% of the time during the event (10:30am to 3:30pm).
- Your table should be ready and presentable by the event start-time. All vendors must stay the entire duration of the event (no packing up early!).

VENDOR FEE:
- Within 10 business days after submitting this Vendor Application form, you will hear back from Alexa via goldscriptco@gmail.com regarding whether or not we have a space available for you. (We wish we could say yes to everyone! Though, we only have 20 vendor spots, and they fill up quickly!)
- There is a $85 non-refundable vendor fee. If your vendor application is accepted, you will be notified via email, and then you will have 72 hours to pay the vendor fee via Zelle to secure your spot. The email you receive will have the Zelle information for you to complete your payment.
- If you do not pay the vendor fee within 72 hours, the vendor spot will promptly be offered to next in line.
- We love and appreciate our returning vendors! We love the community we are building together. Returning vendors will be offered $10 off the non-refundable vendor fee ($75).
(All new vendors will be excitedly welcomed into the community, too, of course!)
