Cass Junior High Track & Field 2020-21
We are very excited to offer Track & Field at Cass Junior High School for the 2020-2021 season!  Track and Field is open to all Cass Junior High students who are interested, and presents many fun activities for your student to work on team building, build self confidence, and have fun with friends after school.  

Tentative dates: APRIL 6 - MAY 13, 2021;  Practice will only be held Monday - Thursday.

CONSENT FORM REGARDING AFTER SCHOOL PARTICIPATION

I understand and agree that my student will comply with all school rules, and directions from coaches regarding safety, and COVID protocols. Failure to do so, will result in exclusion from the team. *
I understand & agree that I will provide transportation after practice at 5:00 PM (There is no activity bus this year - AND there is no BASE). *
In the event my student is not picked up by 5:15 PM, I grant permission for them to: *

I understand & agree that my student must have a current (within the previous 395 days) sports physical submitted to the front office before participating on the track team. *
I understand & agree that my student is required to wear a mask and maintain the social distance procedures consistent with PE class throughout practice. *
I understand & agree that my student will not have access to locker rooms or water fountains, and will not have the opportunity to change clothes  before practice. *
I understand and agree that in the event of inclement weather (such as rain) there will be no indoor practice, and students will be dismissed at 3:30 PM. *
I understand and agree that my student will compete against fellow classmates with the potential for one interscholastic meet later in the season. Details to follow pending scheduling by the conference. *
