"Early bird" Veggie Starts - order form

Greetings school farmers!
Our first distribution of veggie starts will be late March, just before spring break. With this form you can request some early spring starts and seeds that don't mind the cold.
If your garden won't be ready, relax! We will be distributing starts every other week so that you'll have a good succession of veggies. We'll be distributing the veggies when it's the right time to plant them.
PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM BEFORE MARCH 4th so we have time to grow the starts.

We'd like to know how many people need help with container gardening. We want to make sure everyone can grow veggies at home.

I have ground for a garden and don't need containers.

I don't have any ground, and will be growing my starts in containers I already have.

I don't have any containers and need some.

I am unable to acquire potting soil for my containers.

How can we distribute the starts to you?

I can pickup at school.

With school lunch delivered by bus.
