Teachers are a great source of encouragement, inspiration and positive life transformations. Many of us have had a teacher who has made a major impact on our lives or helped us to simply do better.

The Hawaii Education Association (HEA) is one of Hawaii’s oldest local nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening excellence in teachers and education. As part of our centennial anniversary celebration in 2021, HEA wants to showcase testimonials about amazing teachers to highlight the impact and importance of our local educators.

We welcome testimonials from any who want to tell their story of a teacher who has made a difference in their life. If you are interested in sharing with us, please fill out and submit the form below.

HEA will be sharing selected stories, quotes and/or photos publicly — through our website, social media, newsletter, videos, and other channels — to recognize and celebrate Hawaii’s teachers.
