To save you time and effort, we have the option to apply to attend ALL of our Petersfield town centre based events for 2022 from one application form.

COVID-19 UPDATE - Even with the recent Plan B announcement and the possible restrictions for large gatherings, we have made a decision of how to proceed and are going to hope that by June 2022, which will be the date of our first event, restrictions will once again be lifted and we can return to large events taking place without any concerns. That being said, your and the public's safety is our number one priority and we are in discussion with the local authorities and will only go ahead with any of our events IF IT SAFE TO DO SO. Please keep an eye on this website and on our social media for updates.

THE SOUTH DOWNS SHOW 2022 - SAT 13th and SUN 14th AUGUST 2022
We are proud to have taken over the organisation of this established event and will bring the Hometown touch of magic to it in 2022 and will continue to grow it in future years making it a prestige show to celebrate the awesome South Downs National Park.

A highly anticipated event annually with regular footfall, before lockdown, in the region of 7,000 visitors over the course of the weekend. With increased attractions and publicity planned for 2022 this will be the perfect opportunity to show off their local produce!

The event will take place in the awesome Queen Elizabeth Country Park. A large country park situated on the South Downs. It is located on the A3 road three miles south of Petersfield, Hampshire and lies within the South Downs National Park.

PETERSFIELD SPRING FESTIVAL 2022 - DAY ONE - Thursday 2nd June
The Petersfield Spring Festival is now an established event in Hampshire’s social calendar with Hometown Events winning the "Best Event" award at The Petersfield Awards in 2020 and so we are expecting very high footfall with thousands of visitors each day. The perfect opportunity for any stall holder to have a fantastic day!

In 2022, we will be combining our event with Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee celebrations with the moving of the usual Bank Holiday Monday at the end of May to the following Thursday at the start of June along with the additional Bank Holiday Friday for the Jubilee celebrations.  The trading dates for the event will be Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June 2022.

The event will take place in Petersfield Town Centre in 2022

In it's 10th appearance in 2022 the Petersfield Summer Festival will be bigger and better than ever so we are expecting very high footfall with thousands of visitors each day. The perfect opportunity for any stall holder to have a fantastic day!

The event will take place in Petersfield Town Centre on Sunday 28th and Monday 29th August.

PETERSFIELD CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL MARKET 2022  - SUNDAY 11th DECEMBER
With Hometown Events winning the "Best Event" award at The Petersfield Awards in 2020 we will be expecting another awesome festive day in the centre of Petersfield. Usually with over 100 awesome stalls, family entertainment, Father Christmas and much more. Previously described as the busiest day Petersfield has ever seen and many stalls in 2021 selling ALL of their Christmas stock on this one day event!

This event will change from previous formats with the date moving back one week, without the inclusion of the Hampshire Farmers' Market and an additional half an hour of trading at the end of the day. Our Petersfield Christmas Festival will now include stalls, catering and entertainment in the main Petersfield Square as well.

The event will take place in Petersfield Town Centre on Sunday 11th December 2021.
Trading times –  Christmas Festival – 10:00 – 16:00

INSURANCE DETAILS FOR ALL EVENTS
To keep everybody as safe as possible at our events we ensure a high level of health and safety throughout the site.

We ask all of our traders to attend with appropriate safe equipment for the job involved and to regularly have any equipment checked and certified.

During the whole time you are at our event our marshals will be on-hand to help with any problems and ensure the site is safe for yourselves and our guests.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, we must ensure all of our traders have at least £2m Third Party Public Liability Insurance, to cover the worst possible outcome.

PLEASE NOTE, completing this form and applying for a space at any of our events does not automatically ensure you will have a space.  We also have limited stocks of gazebos, tables and lights and so these will be allocated on a first come basis and so we cannot guarantee these will still be available.

We look at all applications and will contact you to let you know if you are successful in your application.  To ensure our events are as awesome as possible we reserve the right to accept or deny any application made at our discretion.
