Tour De Pere Kids' Bike Race Sign Up
Don’t miss the Tour De Pere Kids’ Race, sponsored by School Specialty! This exciting event takes place at 6:00 pm during Tour De Pere on June 19, just before the Men’s pro race. The race is open to kids 12 and under. Race day packet pickup will be at the Tour De Pere tent at the De Pere Farmers Market on June 15 or at the Tour De Pere Kids' Race tent (at the corner of Broadway and George) on race day.  Please plan to pick up your packet either on the 15th or as early in the day as you can on race day, but AT LEAST 1 hour before the race, which starts promptly at 6pm. Packets will include pertinent information such as course map by age group,  race bib, staging area, and pick-up locations. All children are required to wear a helmet to race.

ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE TOUR DE PERE BIKE RACE AND RELATED EVENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSUME ALL RISK OF PARTICIPATION BY SIGNING THIS GENERAL RELASE AGREEMENT

  1. I, the undersigned parent/guardian on behalf of my child(ren), myself, and our personal representatives, assigned, heirs, and executors, hereby fully and forever release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue Definitely De Pere, sponsors of Tour De Pere and all municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used and all other sponsoring or co-sponsoring or individuals related to Definitely De Pere, their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collective "Releasees") from all liability to me, my child(ren), and our personal representatives, assigns, heirs and executors, for all loss(es) or damage(s) and any and all claims or demands therefore, on account of injury to my child(ren) including thats which may result in death of my child(ren), whether caused by active or passive negligence of all or any Releasees or otherwise, in connection with my child(ren)'s participation in Tour De Pere.
  2. I represent and warrant that my child(ren) is in good physical condition and is able to safely participate in the Tour De Pere Kids Race. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the Tour De Pere Kids Race and in spite of these risks voluntarily grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in it. I, on behalf of my child(ren), assume all risks of loss(es), damage(s), or injury(ies) that may be sustained by him/her while participating in the Tour De Pere Kids Race.
  3. I understand the I am responsible to ensure that my child(ren) is wearing a properly fitting helmet. 
  4. I consent to the use of my child(ren)'s name and photograph in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures and other media without compensation.
  5. I warrant that all statements made herein are true and correct and understand that Releasees have relied on them allowing my child(ren) to participate in the Tour De Pere Kids Race.
I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND INTENTIONALLY AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
