Please complete this form if you will be completing a course considered "Alternate Credit". Submit one form per course. Courses can be taken for a fee. Students will need committee approval and counselor approval as well.

Alternate credit is considered:
1. Credit recovery: Recovery for a failed course.
2. New course: Earning credits towards a course not yet taken but needed for graduation.
3. Math Advance: Taking geometry to be on track for your Academy Program. *SUBMIT MAY 1st*
4. Independent Study: Taking a course not offered at TEECS.

5. High School Scholars Program: Middlesex College (courses not included in coursemap, credit earned [on transcript], NO GPA weight)

*Alternate Credit courses are taken in the summer, UNLESS needed for a graduation requirement.
*Course options: Educere (online learning platform) or an accredited school/college of your choosing.

HS Students: Meet with Ms. Long before completing.
MS Students: Meet with Ms. Pereira before completing.
