2023 Patriot Field Hockey Summer Camp Registration
Please complete the form below. Payment can be made by Venmo at www.venmo.com/PatriotBasketball (Patriot Basketball is our partner) or by mailing a check to Patriot Field Hockey at CCHS, 500 Walden Street, Concord, MA 01742.

Tuition for the week is $400. A sibling discount of $50 is offered for each child, so it is $750 for 2 children and $1100 for three children. If your son is attending Patriot Basketball camp the same week, please take a $50 discount for that sibling.   

Campers should bring a stick, goggles, mouthguard and shin guards daily. Campers should also bring snack, lunch, a refillable water bottle and sunscreen daily.
