Volunteer Clearances - Child Abuse, Criminal, 10-Year Resident Affidavit
For the safety and security of the Youth that we serve, all volunteers are required to obtain appropriate clearances prior to the start of their involvement with Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania. These include: Act 33/Child Abuse, Act 34 Criminal, and Act 151 FBI fingerprinting -  151 is Waived if you have been a resident of PA for more than 10 years and complete an Unpaid Volunteer Affidavit Form.
