This is the SECOND annual Dogs & Lagers Fest, the first ever Dog and Beer festival, hosted by The Dog Guide Bend at Crux Fermentation Project. Thank you so much for your interest! This event will span two days, on National Dog Day weekend.
We are excited to showcase Bend's local dog businesses with live music for two great causes. At this festival, proceeds of all 6 lagers will be donated to Companion Animal Medical Project and FIXBend. This is an interactive, yet casual event with around 10 vendors/sponsors PER DAY in a bustling outdoor dog-friendly brewery. Well-behaved dogs are welcome here, and shoppers can peruse booths while they enjoy a beverage and get to know you along with other local dog business owners. We want to make this day about our dogs!
Date: Friday, August 25th and Saturday, August 26th
Times: Market starts at 12pm on Friday and Saturday, ends at 6pm
Location: Crux Fermentation Project
Setup: Friday/Saturday 10am
Vendor fee: $45 per day
Non-profit vendor fee: $25 per day
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE APPLYING:
1. We only accept dog-related businesses and organizations, unless you've been contacted directly by The Dog Guide Bend. Please contact
ely@thedogguidebend.com directly if you are interested in having a vendor table at the event, but are not a dog-related business. Not every vendor that applies will be able to have a table at the event, as space is limited.
2. We can postpone the event due to a spike in COVID-19 cases, local shutdowns, or dangerous weather. All fees will be credited for the next event.
3. All vendors must be set up at least
ONE HOUR before the event. There are no excuses. If you are late, this jeopardizes your chance to be a vendor again. Vendors can park in the back parking lot BEHIND CRUX (see venue map for location). For set up, you will enter through a large metal gate between the parking lot and the area where you can set up your spaces. A grounds map with your space number will be sent to you in the weeks leading to the event.
4. Vendors must check in with The Dog Guide Bend on arrival. Our booth will be set up at the entrance of the festival.
5. Vendors must bring all equipment you will need for the event. Please email
ely@thedogguidebend.com if you need an outlet for your booth.
6. Vendors must leave the space as they found them after the event is over.
7. Your business and products must adhere and comply with all applicable city, state, and federal food safety rules. Vendors are responsible for maintaining required licenses, permits, and insurance.
8. Although we promote our events across our channels, it is your responsibility to promote yourself and the events you participate in with us. Please do not create your own online event to promote this event, and instead re-share our event directly. Tagging us on social makes it easier for us to re-share. Co-hosted events are designated for event partners or sponsors. If you are interested in being a sponsor of this event, please email
ely@thedogguidebend.com.
9. By attending this event, vendors consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
10. Once applications are reviewed, you will be emailed with acceptance or waitlist instructions if approved.
11. An invoice will be sent to you from The Dog Guide Bend closer to the event.
