https://www.eventbrite.com/e/479517799647/Use this form to apply for a camp scholarship on behalf of a youth who wants to go to camp and meets the eligibility requirements. To be eligible, the camper must belong to at least one (1) of the vulnerable youth population categories. Applications must be submitted by April 18th, 2024 at 8am.
Scholarships are available for first-time campers AND/OR returning campers who qualify under the vulnerable youth population requirements:
Immigrant youth (includes newcomer youth, migrant farm youth, DREAMers)
Underrepresented youth (includes Youth of Color and Native American Youth)
Low-income youth – if a child qualifies for free and reduced lunch status at their school, they are considered to be low-income.
LGBTQ+ Youth/Community
Youth experiencing challenges with mental health and well-being (includes youth from opioid-impacted communities; youth with Adverse Childhood Experiences; youth from military families impacted by PTSD, deployment, wounded or fallen veterans)
Youth living with disabilities – please reach out to your camp’s leadership staff before applying for funding to ensure the disability can be accommodated
Youth experiencing homelessness
Incarcerated Youth/Community (includes youth engaged or at risk of engagement with the juvenile justice system)
Disconnected youth (includes youth with significant absences from school, youth at risk of dropping out, and drop outs)
Youth residing in foster care
