As a valued Stakeholder, we ask that you complete a brief, 10 question survey to inform budgeting and
programming of Federally-Funded initiatives for the 2022-2023 school year.

Currently, Petersham Center School receives funding from the following Federal Programs, which
are included in the survey:

• Title I – Supporting our Neediest Students and Families
• Title IIA – Supporting Highly Qualified Teachers & Administrators, and Professional Development
• Title IV – Student Support & Academic Enrichment
• ESSER III – to support the safe reopening and sustaining safe operations of schools while meeting students' academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic

Survey will focus on the following areas separately:

• Instructional Initiatives
• Professional Development Initiatives
• Supporting Immigrant Students and English Language Learners
• Supporting Our Neediest Students
• Student Health, Safety & Social/Emotional Supports
• Supporting Parents & Families
• Supporting Student Access to Technology

Instead, an online webinar will be provided on the District's website over the summer to review stakeholder survey outcomes and the District's plan for these funding sources.
