The purpose of this form is to collect feedback (good, bad, and suggestions for improvement) to help make the Varsity Outdoor Club (VOC) a better club.

Please remember that all VOC execs and members are volunteers. We might not agree with nor have the capacity to fully resolve or implement your feedback. But the results from the Open Feedback Form will be reviewed by the VOC Exec team at exec meetings. Depending on the results of the form, the Peer Support Group (PSG) will also be notified of responses.
