Teacher Evaluation From-Stage Crew
Stage Crew is a self-motivated class in many ways. There are times when students from the class are working in three different areas of the school. This means that I can not supervise them all the time. I need students in the class who are self motivated, reliable, responsible, and innovative. If you could take a minute to fill out the following questioner about the following student to help me make my decision on who to let into the class I would appreciate it.

Applications are due MARCH 1st! for students. If you could have this evaluation done by March 1st that would be helpful.
