Thursday Mornings 10:30am-noon (All Thursdays except June 22 & June 29)
2 Saturday Mornings: June 10th and June 17th 9am-10:30am
If you are feeling overwhelmed, invisible, exhausted and/or misunderstood as a parent, you will get much needed support. This class will help you (and your loved ones) feel better. This is a drop in class; attend whenever you choose!
All classes are highly supportive in nature and each one includes education on
- How to manage your own Autonomic Nervous System while under stress,
- One Whole Brain Parenting Skill
- At least one Self Care Skill including: Journaling/ Writing, Sharing, Guided Imagery, Meditation and mutual support from other caregivers
