Eccles RFC 23/24 Kit Order Form
Dear M&J Parent/Carer,

Please fill out the prompts below to select the correct sizes for your child. You can edit your response once submitted if you want to make any changes.

If you have more than one playing child, please fill in this form separately for each child. 

Minis Note: U5/6 Minis receive a match shirt and socks only (not shorts) as they do not play competitive fixtures; please just choose shirt sizing if your child is entering reception or year 1 in September. Single size Minis socks will be provided.

You can pay for for your child's 23/24 membership (at least the £60 initial fee) from July 3rd - you will receive your kit in September once paid up.
