Welcome to the official Leadership Straight Up Application.

This 6-month program will help you create and formulate your own personal leadership style and theory, help you dive into authentic conversations, and strengthen trust with the people on your team.  

 

To participate you must commit 6 months to:

·     Monthly 2-hour experiential learning sessions

·     Read two-three books over the course of the twelve-month training

·     Work with a buddy twice/month to go over the concepts taught in the class

·     Practice the strategies that are shared in the class at work

 

There will be 12 spots for the Leadership Straight Up Program and they will fill up quickly.  

To apply to the program, you must answer the following questions by Friday December 14, 2023
