2020 Freezefest Chilly Cook-Off Registration
An official Freezefest event benefiting United Way

Please read the Chilly Cook-Off Guidelines and Food Safety Guidelines available at www.monroeunitedway.org/CookOff before completing this form. Complete this form by Tuesday, December 17, 2019.

The cook-off will take place Saturday, January 11 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Setup will be from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.

 Each cook is welcome to decorate half of a serving table in a “Winter Wonderland’ theme.

In addition to attending the event, cooks must attend a Cook's Meeting to review Food Safety Guidelines on Thursday, December 19 at 5:30 p.m at United Way (431 S College Ave.)
