Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are currently in the process of running an after school club with the focus of times tables and your child is eligible to take part. These sessions run from Monday 5th June 2023 from 3:15pm to 4:00pm and will finish on Monday 10th July 2023.

Selection for the after school session will be on a first come, first served basis, as the sessions can only allow a maximum of 20. We would really appreciate it, if the below form could be filled in and returned if your child wishes to take part.

We will contact and confirm those who secure a place.
