Our classical Reformers use 4 equally weighted springs. There are no colors or weight differentials. Have you worked out on Reformers with 4 springs of equal weight before?  *
During our free introductory class you will learn how to set up, transition and restore the Pilates Reformers, Mat and Towers for your own safety and practice. You will also perform a workout on these apparatus to become familiar with our system, language and cueing. This introduction also gives us a chance to learn about your past injuries, limitations, preferences and goals.
