Tuesday, December 12, 2023 – VISIONS OF CHRISTMAS DINNER
Time:
6:00 pm: Table Tour - doors open to view tables (no
seating or placing items at tables for first hour). Be sure to tell your guests they will not be able to enter the building until 5:50 pm and not to arrive early.
6:30 pm: Guests may be seated at their tables.
Hostesses decorate a round table for eight guests. They may either invite their own guests or leave seats open for women who have not specifically been invited by someone to attend. If you leave seats open we will fill them for you from our registration list. If you invite your own guests (1-8, including yourself) you need to reserve and pay for their tickets no later than November 12.
This year's event will include a light meal and dessert.
Prayerfully consider who you can invite to this outreach event! We encourage you to be intentional about bringing guests who need to be transformed by the gospel. Tickets ($14) are limited and expected to sell out quickly.

Below are the details for this year's DINNER:
1. Plan to decorate and set a round table for
eight guests – fancy, casual or whimsical Christmas theme. * Plates, silverware, coffee cup, glasses/goblets, napkins/tablecloth/centerpiece
etc. A full list of hostess instructions will be mailed to you.
2. The tables are 60" round and seat 8. You
will need a round tablecloth that is either 70" or 90". We will be
ordering white square rental table coverings for those who need them, they will
be available to you for the $4 rental fee. Reserve them in advance below or
contact Sue Delp by Nov. 26 - lsusandelp@comcast.net
3. Our meal will be a large salad w/grilled
chicken which is served on a clear plate which will be placed right on top of
your decorative plates. Dessert will also be served on a smaller clear
plate.
4. You can set-up beginning on Monday, December
11th from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. Or Tuesday, December 12th from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please don’t wait until the last minute!!! Tables should be completed
no later than 5:00.
IMPORTANT
*** If you would like to reserve seats at your table for the guests you invite you
may pre-purchase the tickets before they go on sale to everyone else. Tickets
must be reserved and paid for no later than NOVEMBER 12. We begin selling any tickets that are not reserved by hostesses after that date, so any seats you haven’t pre-purchased
will no longer be available for you to add additional guests.
This is an ADULT event for women ages 13 and above. Nursing babies are welcome:
however, no strollers are allowed. No childcare will be provided.
WE NEED SERVERS TO HELP US WITH THIS EVENT! If your husband, teenager,
friend, etc. would be willing to help serve the meal, dessert, and coffee
