この度は【2021　GP歓迎会】に申し込みいただきありがとうございます。
本イベントはGP参加の申し込みを行ってない学生でも参加できます。先日の歓迎会に申し込みするのを忘れた、GPに興味がある方、4月から大学新1年生になる方はもちろん！上級生や、「話だけ聞いてみようかな。」という方も大歓迎です！どなたでもお気軽にご参加ください。
以下イベントの詳細となっております。

日時：4月19日（月）　4月20日（火）（2日間）17：50～19:00
場所：長崎大学教育学部棟６F　601教室
主催：大学コンソーシアム長崎　グローカル人材育成プログラム学生企画運営協議会
申し込み締め切り：4月1７日（土）
 
 ※対面での活動に必要な参加者の条件
・申し込み日から当日までの間、制限地域ならびに海外への移動を行っていない、また制限地域ならび
 に海外からの来訪者に会っていない。（制限地域：宮城県、山形県、埼玉県、千葉県、東京都、神奈川県、大阪府、兵庫県、奈良県、沖縄県）ただし、Zoomでの参加はOKです。
・健康状態確認シートの提出（記載については申込した時点から当日の体調）
・当日の体調が万全であること
・マスクの着用

※その他、当日参加の際に気をつけてほしいことや健康状態確認シートなどをメールでお送りします。内容をよく確認の上、ご参加ください。

This event is open for both GP members and non-registered members. If you are interested in GP, this event should be a golden opportunity for you. And in case you are not freshmen, you’re still more than welcome to join in! We are looking forward to seeing you.

Application deadline: April 8th(Thursday)

※We would like you to bring a facial mask or face covering, and the health management sheet on the day. As for the sheet, we’ll send it to you by email once your participation is fixed. Make sure it’s been filled out for the last 2 weeks.
